Property Nexus is a real estate workflow platform: property sourcing, skip tracing, comps, underwriting across multiple exit strategies, deal reports, buyer matching, messaging, documents, and e-sign. We add, change, or retire features over time; we will try to tell you about material changes in advance.
The Service is currently in a paid private beta. Beta access is free during the beta period; "founders rate" commitments are as described at signup and in the Service. We may introduce or change pricing for the general release with notice.
Property records, comps, owner information, and skip-trace results come from third-party data providers. We do not guarantee their accuracy, freshness, or completeness. You are responsible for how you use that data, including compliance with the data providers' terms and applicable law.
Do not: probe or break the Service's security; scrape it at scale; resell or white-label it without a written agreement; interfere with other users; upload malware; or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this, with or without notice.
The Service itself (software, design, branding, scoring models) belongs to Property Nexus and its licensors. Nothing here transfers that to you. You may use it only as the Service provides.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of data, or uninterrupted availability. Real estate investing involves risk; nothing in the Service is financial, legal, or investment advice, and deal outcomes are not guaranteed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Property Nexus is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, extended inactivity, or as required by law. Sections that reasonably survive termination (content ownership, disclaimers, liability, governing law) survive.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the Service. Continued use after changes means you accept them. If you do not accept them, stop using the Service and delete your account.
